Shipping

Shipping costs are free for any orders over €180 in Metropolitan France, where we deliver within 2 to 4 working days from the date of purchase.

Abroad, shipping costs are charged and the delivery is estimated within 5 to 7 working days from the date of purchase.

Upon shipment, we will provide you with the tracking number of your package.

Returns

We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• Europe (excluding UK): mandatory prepaid 10€ labels for returns Europe (excluding UK). Please log in  on http://destreeparis.returnscenter.com to start your return request.
  
  
• USA and United Kingdom: mandatory prepaid 20€ labels for returns. Please log in on http://destreeparis.returnscenter.com to start your return request.

• Rest of the world: mandatory prepaid 20€ labels for returns. Please log in on http://destreeparis.returnscenter.com to start your return request.

From the moment we receive your return it can take up to 15 days for it to be processed. Once a return is approved the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment and does not include shipping costs.

You will receive an email confirmation of refund once we have confirmed reception and condition of the articles.
