Refund policy
Delivery
Metropolitan France:
- Orders over €180 qualify for free shipping.
- Delivery time is typically 2 to 4 working days from the date of order.
- A tracking number is provided for each shipment.
International Shipping:
- Shipping charges apply for international orders.
- Delivery is estimated to take 5 to 7 working days from the date of order.
- Each order is accompanied by a tracking number.
Return
General Return Policy:
- Customers have a 14-day return window from the date of receipt.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also necessary.
Process for Returns:
- Returns can be initiated at our DESTREE Paris Returns Center.
- Upon approval of a return, we will provide a shipping label and detailed instructions for the return.
- Items must be returned as per the instructions; unrequested returns will not be accepted.

In-Store Returns in Paris:
- Products can also be returned or exchanged directly at our Paris store, located at 3, rue du 29 juillet.
Charges for Return Shipping:
- For returns within Europe (excluding UK), a €10 prepaid label is required.
- For returns from the USA and the United Kingdom, a €20 prepaid label is required.
- For returns from other international locations, a €20 prepaid label is also required.
Refund Procedure:
- The refund process may take up to 15 days from the receipt of the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will not include shipping costs.
- Customers will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
Final Sale Policy for Sale Items (Outside EU):
- Please note that sale items are considered final sale and are non-refundable when shipped outside the EU.
