 Our E-SHOP offers a wide selection of products from the season’s collection. If the item you are looking for online is not currently available, we invite you to give us a call +33 1 45 66 90 83 and come to our Showroom to verify its availability or discover a similar product. Each product page will include a sizing chart with general conversions to help you determine your best fit, and a care guide for our products.

 

Sizing chart

 Determining your proper hat size is very simple; you must take a measurement of your head using a tape measure. Make sure you measure your head in the exact area in which you would like to place your hat (generally 1cm above your ears.) Our sizes range from XS to L.

XS = 55   S=56   M=57   L=58

If your measurement falls between two sizes, we strongly recommend that you opt for the next largest size. For instance, if your hat size is 55.5cm, we suggest that you select that model in a size S which is equal to 56cm.

Payment options, invoices and taxes

 We accept payment through all major credit cards and Paypal.The transaction will be charged only after we have verified your card details, confirmed availability of the products and shipped your order.DESTREE.COM features a security systems to encrypt and protect your payment details, guaranteeing the total security of all transactions.The amount will be in the same currency as the prices you see at the checkout. The order total includes shipping fees, taxes and duties. You’ll receive an invoice for every order placed on the website.

 

Order Confirmation  

 Shortly after completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a recap of your order details. After verifying availability of the products, we will prepare the parcel for shipment and confirm your order by sending you an invoice by email. If you didn’t receive your order confirmation email within 24hours from completing your purchase, it is likely that your order was not registered in our systems. This may be due to a number of factors, therefore if you are not sure if your order has been correctly processed, feel free to contact us.

 

Delivery Times

 Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 4 working days. It may take a bit longer in case we need to request your product from our parisian atelier.

As soon as the parcel is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us, containing your Tracking Number. Please visit the Delivery & Returns page for more information.

 

Cancel or Modify your order

 If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been prepared for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled.

For security reasons we cannot change the items in your order or the shipping and billing address. If you notice any mistakes or need a minor request, please let us know and we will do our best to provide you assistance.
