If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Process

From the moment we receive your return, it can take up to 15 days to be processed. Once a return is approved, the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth and leather cream — never use soap or solvents.
Store in its dust bag, filled with tissue paper to maintain shape.
When not in use, keep your bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
