Finding the perfect hat size is quick and easy. Use a tape measure to take the circumference of your head at the level where you'd like your hat to sit—typically about 1 cm above your ears.
Our hat sizes range from XS to L:
- XS = 55 cm
- S = 56 cm
- M = 57 cm
- L = 58 cm
If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the next size up for the best fit. For example, if your head measures 55.5 cm, we suggest selecting size S (56 cm) for optimal comfort.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Process
From the moment we receive your return, it can take up to 15 days to be processed. Once a return is approved, the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will receive an email confirmation once we have confirmed reception and condition of the returned items.

Handling: Always handle your hat by the brim, never by the crown, to avoid deformation.
Storage: Store your hat on a proper stand or in its original box. Avoid confined spaces that could distort its structure.
Cleaning: Brush gently with a soft-bristled brush following the direction of the felt. For light stains, use a slightly damp cloth. Allow to dry naturally, away from direct heat.
Protection: Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and humidity. If caught in rain, let dry completely before storing.
Precautions: Never fold your hat. Avoid contact with perfumes and hair products.
Each DESTREE piece is crafted with care. With proper maintenance, your hat will retain its original shape and elegance.
