If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Process
From the moment we receive your return, it can take up to 15 days to be processed. Once a return is approved, the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will receive an email confirmation once we have confirmed reception and condition of the returned items.

Avoid excessive contact with water, oils, perfumes, creams, or cosmetics as these can darken or diminish the brightness of the materials. After each use, gently clean your jewellery with a soft cloth to remove dirt and maintain its shine.
Refrain from wearing your jewellery during physical activities, showering, or swimming. Periodically check that all fastenings, stones, and settings are secure.
