1. Metropolitan France: Orders over €180 have free shipping and are delivered within 2 to 4 working days from the date of purchase.
2. International Orders: Shipping costs are charged, and delivery is estimated within 5 to 7 working days from the date of purchase.

Upon shipment, a tracking number will be provided to monitor the progress of your package. We use FedEx for international deliveries.

Eligibility: Ensure your item is in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Request a Return: Go to Destree Returns Center.

Log in and start your return request by providing the necessary details.

Return Approval: If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return in Store: You can return or exchange your product free of charge directly at our store located at 3, rue du 29 juillet in Paris.

Processing Time: From the moment we receive your return, it can take up to 15 days for it to be processed. Once a return is approved, the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment and does not include shipping costs.

You will receive an email confirmation of refund once we have confirmed reception and condition of the articles.

Most items are eligible for returns as long as they are in the same condition as you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please note that sale items shipped outside the EU are considered final sale and are non-refundable.
