1. Metropolitan France: Orders over €180 have free shipping and are delivered within 2 to 4 working days from the date of purchase.
2. International Orders: Shipping costs are charged, and delivery is estimated within 5 to 7 working days from the date of purchase.

Upon shipment, a tracking number will be provided to monitor the progress of your package.

Check Eligibility: Ensure your item is in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Note that sale items shipped outside the EU are considered final sale and are non-refundable.

Log in and start your return request by providing the necessary details.

Return Approval:

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can return or exchange your product free of charge directly at the Destree store located at 3, rue du 29 juillet in Paris.
