Shipping options and costs

All our orders are shipped through Colissimo and Chronopost. Shipping fees are free in Metropolitan France and cost 30€ worldwide.

During the confinement period, we do our utmost to deliver the packages as quickly as possible, subject to the availability of the carriers. We will contact you to consider the best solution depending on your place of residence, upon validation of your order.

Delivery is usually within 2 to 3 working days in France and to 3 to 5 working days worldwide. Working days means Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in France and in your selected shipping Country.
Please note that delivery may take longer in case we need to request your product from one of our stores.
Also, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or to General Deliver/Post addresses.

Tracking your order

Once the order have been made, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery. On the Colissimo or Chronopost website you’ll be able to verify the location and the expected date of the parcel.

Delivery date

Deliveries are on Monday to Friday during office hours.
As the courier will require a signature, we suggest you choose a shipping address where you or someone you trust is available during the day.
In case nobody is available to sign the parcel, the courier will leave a notification and a contact number. If you require an assistance or are unable to contact the courier, feel free to call us or email us.

Return conditions

Before requesting a return, please make sure the product comply with all the following conditions, in accordance with our terms of purchase:

  • The products must be in their unused, original condition, with the tag attached and any special packaging and accessories included. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items will not be accepted.
  • The return must be requested within 14days from delivery of the order.
  • The return parcel must be handed to the courier within 14days from when you requested the return.

If you encountered any issue with the products you received but do not wish to make a return, please contact us. We will be glad to assist you in finding the best possible solution.


Once we receive your parcel, we will verify the integrity of the items before accepting your return and requesting the refund. Please consider that the refund may take at least 5 to 10days.
The refund is issued directly to the card or the Paypal account used for the original purchase, and in the same currency.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we’ve made the refund.
