How to Determine Your Hat Size
Finding the perfect hat size is quick and easy. Use a tape measure to take the circumference of your head at the level where you'd like your hat to sit—typically about 1 cm above your ears.
Our hat sizes range from XS to L:
- XS = 55 cm
- S = 56 cm
- M = 57 cm
- L = 58 cm
If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the next size up for the best fit. For example, if your head measures 55.5 cm, we suggest selecting size S (56 cm) for optimal comfort.

Shipping costs are free for any orders over €180 in Metropolitan France, where we deliver within 2 to 4 working days from the date of purchase.
Abroad, shipping costs are charged and the delivery is estimated within 5 to 7 working days from the date of purchase.
Upon shipment, we will provide you with the tracking number of your package.
Returns
We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

From the moment we receive your return it can take up to 15 days for it to be processed. Once a return is approved the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment and does not include shipping costs.

- Maintain its shape: Rest your hat upside down on its crown or use a hat stand to avoid flattening the brim.
- Keep it dry: Store your hat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
CLEANING YOUR HAT
- Dusting: Use a soft-bristle brush or a lint roller to gently remove dust and debris. Always brush in a counterclockwise motion for felt hats.
- Spot cleaning: For minor stains, dab (don’t rub) the area with a clean, damp cloth. Avoid soaking the material.
- Professional cleaning: For persistent stains or deep cleaning, consult a hat specialist or a professional cleaner familiar with luxury hats.
PROTECTING YOUR HAT
- Weather awareness: While many of our hats are versatile, avoid exposing them to heavy rain or snow. If your hat does get wet, let it air dry naturally away from direct heat sources.
- Use a hat protector: For wool or felt hats, consider using a water- and stain-repellent spray suitable for delicate materials.
TRAVELING WITH YOUR HAT
- Hat boxes: If possible, use a sturdy hat box for travel.
- Packing technique: If packing in a suitcase, stuff the crown with soft clothing (like scarves) to maintain its shape, and lay it brim-side down on top of your belongings.
RESTORING YOUR HAT
- Steam for reshaping: Lightly steaming can help restore the shape of felt or wool hats. Use a garment steamer or hold the hat over a pot of boiling water, then gently reshape it with clean hands.
- Re-blocking: For more extensive reshaping or restoration, consult a professional hat maker or milliner.

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service know.
