Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Final Sale Policy for Sale Items (Outside EU): Please note that sale items are considered final sale and are non-refundable when shipped outside the EU.

How to Return

To start a return, log in at destreeparis.returnscenter.com to request your prepaid return label.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Process

From the moment we receive your return, it can take up to 15 days to be processed. Once a return is approved, the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
